ABOUT US


First and foremost, we pride ourselves on our Bagel's freshness.  That's why we bake them fresh at least 3 to 4 times a day.  We mix our dough daily, using only natural ingredients, including premium high gluten flour, salt, light brown sugar and yeast (walnuts, cinnamon, seeds, and herbs are added to make flavored bagels)  That's it!  No oils or preservatives.  That means low fat, no cholesterol and just plain good for you!

For the 6th consecutive year, we have been voted "Best Bagel Shop" in Fairfield County by Moffly Publications.
